Sources: Hibernian line up move for Bournemouth star Jamal Lowe
Hibernian are lining up a move for Bournemouth winger Jamal Lowe before the close of the transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.
Lowe, 29, has fallen out of favour at the Vitality Stadium and the Cherries are now happy to let the former Swansea and Portsmouth man move on.
Bournemouth currently sit 16th in the Premier League after failing to win any of their opening three fixtures.
New manager Andoni Iraola has preferred to start with new signing Justin Kluivert and Antoine Semenyo out wide, with David Brooks supplying depth from the bench.
Lowe missed out on Bournemouth’s matchday squad against Swansea in the EFL Cup on Tuesday evening, confirming he is not in Iraola’s plans moving forward.
Lowe spent the second half of last season on loan at Queens Park Rangers after struggling for game time at Bournemouth.

Despite appearing for England’s youth team in 2016, Lowe has represented Jamaica internationally since 2021.
Hibernian sit last in the Scottish Premiership after failing to win any of their opening three fixtures and manager Lee Johnson was sacked due to their poor start in 2023/24.
