'Everybody is replaceable' - pundit fears Leeds United January exodus
“Everybody is replaceable” at Leeds United amid a potential exit for Wilfried Gnonto.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, former Tottenham and Aston Villa defender Alan Hutton insisted Gnonto is an important member of the Leeds squad and is in no doubt that he makes them better but a January exit could still be on the cards.
The Whites have had a mixed start in their return to the Championship and moved up to fifth last weekend’s 2-1 win over Bristol City.
Star attacker Gnonto has been sidelined since the end of September with an ankle injury and is not expected to return until early November at the earliest.
Daniel Farke’s side have won three of the four games when Gnonto has been missing, having only won two of the five games he featured in.
When asked if Leeds will be desperate to hold on to the 19-year-old in the January window, Hutton told Football Insider: “Money talks at the end of the day.

“If there is a fee that Leeds are willing to accept then it does not matter who you are, everybody is replaceable, even your best player.
“I think at this moment in time, injured or not, when he gets back to the squad I think he makes them better so they will want him to be in and about it.
“January is just round the corner so we will have to see what the window brings.“
In other news, Leeds United have agreed £1.7m deal – and it’s all because of Andrea Radrizzani.
