Philippe Clement making big changes to Rangers XI after what expert has spotted
Rangers outcasts could return to the starting lineup for upcoming games as Philippe Clement gets to grips with his new squad.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, former Gers defender Alan Hutton suggested that the starting lineup could look very different for upcoming games as Clement tries to identify his best players.
The Belgian took over at Ibrox earlier this month and oversaw a 4-0 victory in his first game in charge last weekend.
Scott Wright, who looked as though he could have been on his way out of Rangers in the summer, returned to the starting lineup against Hibernian on Saturday (21 October) for just his second league start of the season.
Sam Lammers was also back in the starting lineup after being dropped to the bench against St Mirren on 7 October before the international break.
Clement is also welcoming back two of this season’s stand out players, Todd Cantwell and Danilo, from their respective injuries with both featuring from the bench at the weekend.

Hutton suggested that the returning players and new manager will mean big changes to the starting lineup for upcoming games.
“I think if you look at the likes of Cantwell and Danilo just coming back, Clement is going to have more options in the weeks going forward,” he told Football Insider.
“I have always said that when new managers come in they like to analyse the whole squad, they like to see what they have got and everybody gets a fair shot at it.
“I think that is what we will see in the games coming up, he will probably use everyone and see if they fit into his plans moving forward.“
