Exclusive: Lautaro Martinez keen to join Chelsea amid £60m reveal

Inter Milan Lautaro Martinez is keen to complete a box-office summer move to Chelsea as Mauricio Pochettino ramps up his interest, sources have told Football Insider.

The Argentine forward, 25, is on the radar of Chelsea and Man United as exclusively revealed by Football Insider on the 5th May.

Martinez has let it be known to those close to him, sources say, that he would be open and keen to speak to clubs this summer, especially those in the English Premier league and is certainly attracted by a potential move to Stamford Bridge.

Inter are keen to offload players this summer in a bid to raise funds for their window spending and would reluctantly listen to offers for the World Cup Winner.

It is understood a deal in the region of £60million could be done this summer for a club that makes an official move in the coming months.

Mauricio Pochetinno has identified Martinez as a potential target this summer and is very keen to see him join his squad this summer.

Chelsea are in talks with Inter Milan over a number of players and there is a good possibility the 25-year-old will come up in discussions over the next few weeks.

The Blues are hoping to land Andre Onana from Inter while the Serie A side hold interest in Chelsea’s Romelu Lukaku, Kalidou Koulibaly and Trevoh Chabolah.

Martinez scored 21 times for Inter in 38 Serie A appearances this season helping his side finish in the top four and get to the Champions League Final.

He also was part of the Argentina side who won the World Cup in Qatar last year.
