'Massive own goal', 'poison' - Celtic fans react to Green Brigade ban news

Celtic fans have been split over the rumoured ban for the Green Brigade for upcoming matches.

Football Insider has been gathering the reaction of supporters after news of a potential ban from Parkhead for the Green Brigade.

The ever-vocal section of Hoops fans have not been shy about making their feelings known with tifos and banners at matches over the years and have led to numerous fines for the club on European nights.

Earlier this month, Uefa opened disciplinary proceedings against the Scottish champions over the throwing of fireworks and displaying illicit banners in the defeat to Lazio at Parkhead.

The Green Brigade are now urging supporters to bring Palestinian flags to the game against Atletico Madrid, despite the recent atrocities committed in Israel and despite the fact that their very own Israeli player will likely be watching on from the stands.

Rumours have begun to circulate on social media that the club have banned that section of supporters from upcoming matches in light of the call.
