Sources: Leeds to reject Sinisterra loan offer
Leeds United are unlikely to accept a loan offer for Brentford target Luis Sinisterra, sources have told Football Insider.
Football Insider revealed on Monday (21 August) that the Bees have made enquiries over a potential deal for Sinisterra.
However, Leeds are reluctant to let the winger go on a temporary basis despite his exclusion from first-team training at the club’s Thorp Arch headquarters.
Sinisterra is training alongside wantaway duo Wilfried Gnonto and Helder Costa – with all players absent from the last two Championship games.
Leeds have already lost several first-team stars on a loan basis following their relegation from the Premier League.
Brenden Aaronson, Jack Harrison, Robin Koch and Max Wober have left the club temporarily since the start of the summer window.

The Whites are unlikely to entertain similar offers for Sinisterra, who is wanted by former club Feyenoord and Ligue 1 outfit Nice as well as Brentford.
Daniel Farke’s side need to raise funds for transfer incomings of their own in the final days of the summer window.
He joined the Yorkshire giants for a reported fee of £21million just last summer (2022).
The winger managed seven goals and one assist in just over 1000 minutes of football in the 2022-23 campaign as Leeds were relegated from the Premier League.
Sinisterra featured in the club’s first two games of the 2023-24 campaign but has since been absent – with the transfer window not set to end until 1 September.
He is under contract at Elland Road until June 2027.
Leeds sit 19th in the second tier having picked up just two points from their opening three games.
