Sources: Clubs queuing up to sign Aaron Ramsdale after Arsenal twist
There will be no shortage of potential suitors for Aaron Ramsdale in the coming transfer windows if he loses his Arsenal place full-time, sources have told Football Insider.
Football Insider revealed on Friday (22 September) that Ramsdale is not willing to be the second-choice goalkeeper for Mikel Arteta following David Raya’s recent introduction to the side.
Raya has played each of the last three games for Arsenal, including Sunday’s (24 September) 2-2 derby draw with Tottenham.
It is believed Ramsdale is not even contemplating a move away from the Emirates Stadium at this time.
Instead, the 25-year-old is fully focused on regaining the number one role from on-loan Raya.
Ramsdale earned his fourth cap for England earlier this month as the Three Lions beat Scotland at Hampden Park.
