West Ham losing patience with Anderson pursuit - Insider
West Ham are losing patience in their pursuit of Lazio midfielder Felipe Anderson, according to a club insider.
The Hammers are thought to be likely to abandon their pursuit of the 25-year-old right-side midfielder if the Italian giants don’t accept the club’s latest offer for their player, according to ExWHUemployee on Twitter.
Nothing has changed we have made our offer, they don’t appear to want to accept it. We are losing patience and likely to move elsewhere if they don’t budge soon. It’s never been a done deal as most others have reported https://t.co/KFKnpgLDgp

The insider is a trusted source when it comes to Hammers news and they also shared that Lazio don’t appear to want to accept the Hammers’ current offer for Anderson.
Football Insider verdict:
After looking likely to rock up at the London Stadium this summer it seems Anderson won’t be pulling on a Hammers shirt anytime soon. Sky in Italy previously claimed that Manuel Pellegrini’s side were close to sealing a £26million deal for the Brazilian services and that personal terms were nearly agreed as well. Yet despite it being believed that an £80,000-a-week contract was soon to be signed by Anderson, it seems the Hammers aren’t messing around this summer. If Lazio want to insist on being paid even more money for Anderson’s services then the currently tabled offer then the Premier League side are right to look elsewhere. Anderson is an amazing talent and impressed in the 32 appearances he made in his latest campaign but there are plenty more fish in the sea. While it’s unclear who the Hammers will look to instead based on their transfer activity so far in this window they surely have plenty of names already in mind.
In other West Ham news, this Hammers star needs to find a new role at the club if he wants to stay beyond next summer – opinion.
