Liverpool told to finalise Fabio Carvalho loan after source's bid reveal - pundit
Liverpool have been told to finalise a Fabio Carvalho loan move.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Tottenham and Aston Villa defender Alan Hutton said Carvalho has the potential to play at the highest level for the Reds.
On 29 May, Football Insider first broke the news that the 20-year-old is prepared to accept a permanent departure from Anfield this summer and has already been the subject of a big-money bid from RB Leipzig.
The midfielder has already been told that he is not part of Jurgen Klopp’s first-team plans for the upcoming campaign, regardless of his performances in pre-season.
Carvalho joined the Reds last summer and put pen to paper on a five-year deal at the club, but could be set for an early exit for the right price this summer.
When asked if Liverpool may be forced into a permanent sale this summer, Hutton told Football Insider: “There is a lot of room for improvement.

“He is very young and we have seen how good he can be. Jurgen Klopp, I would have thought, would want to put someone like that on loan.
“Why would you want to go so early? Why would you want to move somebody one when there is obviously potential there? He looks like he has got it within him to play at that level so send him on loan to get that experience to come back and be better.“
