Liverpool backed to complete 'outstanding' Joshua Kimmich deal - pundit
Alan Hutton has insisted Joshua Kimmich is exactly the kind of player Liverpool need to rebuild their midfield.
But, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Tottenham and Aston Villa defender doesn’t see Kimmich leaving Bayern Munich any time soon.
According to Spanish outlet Marca (19 May), Barcelona, Arsenal and Liverpool are all interested in signing the 28-year-old this summer.
The German club are looking for at least £52million to part ways with the midfielder and are unlikely to lower their asking price.
Kimmich’s current contract runs until 2025 after joining from Stuttgart almost eight years ago.
Hutton insisted the addition of the German international would be incredible for the Reds.
