Marco Tilio tipped for first Celtic start after latest - pundit
Marco Tilio is likely to return to the Celtic starting XI in the coming games.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, former Rangers defender Alan Hutton is excited to see the winger in action and what he can offer to Brendan Rodgers’ side after watching previous clips of the boss.
The 22-year-old joined the Hoops in the summer but is yet to feature for the first team after picking up an injury in mid-June.
The winger made his first appearance in green and white for the Celtic B side on 24 September when they faced Ayr United.
Fellow injured stars Yuki Kobayashi and Hyeok-kyu Kwon were also in the starting lineup for the 1-1 draw.
Hutton suggested the trio are closing in on a return to the first team for Rodgers’ side.

“They will obviously be close to full fitness if you are playing in games,” he told Football Insider.
“That is the last part of being out and coming back and getting to being 100 per cent fully fit. Now it is up to them to show the manager that they can really push and they are capable of being starters.
“I am looking forward to seeing Tilio, he looks likes the kind of player that can get fans off their seats so I would expect that we will see him at some stage. It is up to them now to push their way into the first team which is never going to be easy.“
