Sources: Chelsea, Man United and Arsenal keen on Southampton star Romeo Lavia
Arsenal, Chelsea and Man United are all interested in Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia, sources have told Football Insider.
Sources with knowledge of the 19-year-old’s situation have revealed that he will be in “huge demand” this summer.
Football Insider revealed on Tuesday (7 March) that Man City have the advantage in the race for Lavia as they have the option to buy the midfielder back from Southampton.
The midfielder is understood to want to stay in the Premier League as the threat of relegation looms over the Saints.
Lavia is not at the top of the shortlist for top Premier League clubs – but a deal may become reality if clubs fail to land their top targets.
Sources say he could become part of a “midfield merry-go-round” this summer – with the likes of Declan Rice, Jude Bellingham and Moises Caicedo potentially on the move.

The Belgium Under-21 international has become a regular starter at Southampton since joining for a reported potential fee of £14million from Man City last summer (2022).
He has made 21 appearances across all competitions after recovering from an early-season hamstring injury.
Speaking about speculation over his future (as per Football Daily, 3 March), Lavia has insisted he is not paying attention to potential interest and is focusing on his football at Southampton.
Arsenal, Man United and Man City look set to seal Champions League qualification this term.
Meanwhile, Chelsea – who reportedly saw a £50million bid for Lavia rejected last summer – sit 10th and are 11 points adrift of the top four.
