'That'll get Done in January' - Exclusive: Agbonlahor tips West Ham to seal '£7m' signing
Gabriel Agbonlahor is convinced West Ham will sign Bournemouth forward Josh King in January – due to Michail Antonio’s injury problems.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the former Aston Villa striker has claimed the London club are likely to beat his old club to the capture of the Norway international.
The Hammers were the closest of King’s suitors to sealing a deal in the main summer window but had multiple bids rising to £14million rejected by the Cherries.
Football Insider has been told that West Ham have laid the groundwork for a January deal that Agbonlahor expects to be as low as £7million.
King revealed while on international duty last month that he has an “agreement” with Bournemouth that he can leave.
“It’s a move that works for both clubs,” Agbonlahor told Football Insider. “Bournemouth don’t want to let him go for free in the summer.

“It might be a figure of maybe £7-10million in January. West Ham will know Antonio
will get injuries with the way he plays so they’ll definitely be looking to get him and I think it’s definitely something that’ll get done in January.
“He’ll be a perfect addition and just what West Ham need.”
King has scored 48 goals in 161 Premier League appearances even though he is not an orthodox striker.
He has started three of Bournemouth’s last four Championship matches after missing the start of the campaign with a thigh injury.
