Birmingham City fans are all saying the same thing as John Eustace sacked and Wayne Rooney heads in
Birmingham City fans have been expressing their disappointment at seeing manager John Eustace sacked by the club this week.
Eustace was relieved of his duties on Monday (10 October), despite a successful start to the season with the club currently sixth in the Championship after 11 games.
As revealed by Football Insider, Birmingham have agreed a deal with Wayne Rooney, the former Derby County and DC United boss who is set to be joined by John O’Shea and Ashely Cole.
The Blues were recently taken over by US-based Shelby Companies Limited with American football star Tom Brady becoming a minority owner in the side.
As a result, the new owners have been keen on appointing a big name at the helm instead of keeping on Eustace who has served the club well so far.
Fans have been disappointed to see the 43-year-old, who had established a real connection with supporters, being forced to move on.
